Our party of 4 enjoyed an excellent Sunday lunch at their “16th Lintel” restaurant which has a welcoming atmosphere with a wood fire burning and a talented piano player in the adjacent lounge.
The Cape Dutch style building is impressive with beautiful wooden window frames and doors. The garden is expansive with big old trees and water features which gives one a feeling of tranquility. It’s quite easy to forget that one is in town and the freeway is only a few blocks away.
My only slight disappointment was slow service
Lovely little haven in the middle of a bustle that is Centurion. Very helpful and professional staffGreat for team events.
Two women (or 20) can chat away for hours at this tranquil "secret garden" while enjoying well-prepared food - from breakfasts, light lunches, main meals, desserts, wine, coffee/tea. The restaurant also caters for venues, with seating outside or inside the charming Cape Dutch-style building.
Very good venue facility with bar and meeting rooms. Good food in a typical boutique setting, close to town.
I have been coming to Kleinkaap to attend company strategy sessions. The staff are on the ball, the food is great and the rooms are well-prepared and equipped for us. Friendly staff and immaculate facilities..this place has it all :)
For a start, the place is really really beautiful! It captures the typical Kaaps-Hollandse style of building. The gardens are encapsulated in majestical trees shading the beautiful area. The food is great, although, given the price you could argue that the presentation needs to be better and the quality could be improved. Regarding the service however, it appears that they have a lot of room for improvement. The waiters aren't properly trained on how to service the clients. A warm teapot is handed over instead of placing on the table. Only half the table is asked what they would like to drink, leaving the other half dry. The waiters don't know what beers are available. You could expect the waiters to be a lot more professional given the premium price charged.
What a beautiful place! Would make an excellent wedding venue and also has accommodation should one want to stay a night or two
Enjoyed my time there. Everyone was very helpful and polite
I attended a conference and evening function at Kleinkaap and was impressed by both the venue and the team. The gardens are beautiful and I loved seeing the ducks walking around!
An amazing venue.and will definetly be recommended to other people. Thank you for an awesome event.
Great place. Good atmosphere and great food. Ideal place for functions or weddings
I attended the wedding of a friend here on a Saturday afternoon and I can only say wow the venue did not disappoint. The easy and fluid moving of guests from the chapel to snacks and drinks to dinner and dance was pure pleasure. The feeling and atmosphere was carried throughout the event.
Movie nights are amazing. Beautiful venue for weddings, conferences, a bite to eat or just a tranquil getaway. Go there, and once you do, you'll want to go back!
Had quite a view fantastic events at Kleinkaap! Most beautiful spot in the heart of Gauteng. Our events were wonderfully organized. Everyone was stunned by the stunning rooms and venue. We love this place
Attended a conference. The venue is nice and clean. Enough toilet facilities. Refilling water during every break. Mist sprayed in the summer time. tasty catering
Well equipped and beautiful surroundings with well trained staff. Can definitely recommend this venue for conference wedding and training events.
We had a lovely Valentines dinner with wine paring at 16th Lintel restaurant at Kleinkaap.
Not your average restaurant. Was a really pleasant experience with a quite evening. No big crowds with really excellent service.
Went to a movie and dinner evening here, the food was amazing. The movie night outside was so well organised and comfortable. Can't wait to do that again!
