The car hire is ok but they take you with to the petrol station to refuel the car to make sure the car is filled to capacity. You as the client must pay in the difference. I never experienced this with Avis. Also when you return the vehicle, one gets the impression that they are looking for damages on the rental vehicle so they don't need to refund the deposit. The deposit and procedure for cash payments is totally ridiculous. The staff at the Bellville branch are extremely obnoxious. The experience left a bitter taste.

decent service, but the street address has changed, give them a call for the new address at 212 Durban Road, Bellville, Cape Town.
