Very terrible service. I had to go and fetch my speakers from their service provider. I was charged R9238.00 but the quote Sound select got from the their service provider was R2452.00.

Had a terrible experience with the online store - do yourself a favour and read other people's reviews here and on Facebook. Maybe people have a better experience in-store, but this was very unprofessional. Had to keep following up on my package and kept getting different excuses, to the point where I thought I would need to reverse the transaction with my bank. It was only after more than 2 weeks when my husband had a nasty phone call with them, and I sent a strongly worded email, that I suddenly got an email from the courier that the parcel was picked up by them. I received no response from Soundselect to my email, cementing our opinion that they are extremely unprofessional. There are other businesses that you can give your money to.

Found this place online looking for some new headphones. Looks really dodgy from the outside and I wasn't quite sure I'd find what I was looking for. I am happy to report I was pleasantly surprised. I was in and out of there in about five minutes. The service was excellent. Friendly staff, quick to help me get what I came for. It's definitely an online shop and everyone there was behind a computer processing online requests. What I liked though was that I found them that morning and able to pop in and get a pair of quality headphones at a decent price really easily. They have items on display and appear to have extra rooms for demonstrating more advanced audio visual equipment. Definitely go here if you're looking for gear and don't be turned off by the outside appearance.
