  The prices are ok, some stuff is overpriced. But worst thing of all is the staff are unhelpful and clueless about the products. If you go know what you need because if you want a staff members help you'll wait a long time before anyone helps you.

  I was sold a defective product that had been returned by another customer. Inside was the previous customer's documentation for the return. The defective product was simply put back on the shelf.

  I wasn't helped at all.. I didn't know purchasing something and paying through EFT will be so difficult. Instead of helping me calling the head office They didn't I had the proof of payment at hand but still that made no difference. I called to get their head officewell it didn't go through either
