I am a Print Shop owner and I have been going to local computer shop for all of my tech accessories and service. Since I discovered Firstshop I have been so happy with their service and response and attention. The Service was outstanding, the delivery period was outstanding as well. The Stuff members were friendly and very helpful when i was making inquiries they made me feel like I'm their only customer. First-shop is 10/10 in my books.

I recently purchased a few components from FirstShop and the experience has been out of this world!
I received my goods the next business day and this was quicker than the estimated time given on my order! They have a vast range of products at competitive pricing! They also follow-up on their sales to ensure that you as client are completely happy with your purchase and that anything which they could improve on is noted. Don't see that often today!

Best online service, best prices (compared to any other online store), excellent user experience, fast feedback and delivery without problems. I am a avid online shopper, and I have never experienced any customer service as good as FirstShop. I was kept up to date from the payment options, invoice, order acceptance straight through to the delivery. Keep up the good work 👐

Easy to purchase , User friendly, Extremely smooth interface, they always update on your order, feedback 24/7 and delivery without problems. I was completely thrown aside at the entire process, never have i had to ask or worry about my order, I knew everything from the moment i made the payment all the way down to delivery. I will find it very difficult to use someone else. Well done, you guys are awesome!!!

All I can say is WOW !!! - Was a truly great experience, fast, efficient and just the right amount of communication.

The product I ordered (which was available, according to their website) did not arrive within the promised 6-10 working days. When I called to find out what was happening I was promised a return call with information, which never happened. When I followed up again I spoke to a lovely lady who called me back as promised, to let me know that the product was only due to arrive in the country in about a month's time, and offered me a refund should I wish to cancel the order. She is the only reason this review is a 3 star. It did arrive, actually sooner than expected, but they delivered it to my neighbour without even attempting to contact me. And when she asked if I was aware of the delivery they said "we hope so!" I probably will not be shopping at First Shop again.

Absolutely great service. This is one of the few companies I have shopped with that gets communication right. If the customer is kept in the loop throughout the whole shopping and shipping process then generally the customer is happywhy can't everyone else do this???

The whole process was great – communication good etc. The only problem was when I was placing the order. When trying to proceed to the checkout, they wanted my payment details. However, I could not proceed to the place where these details could be entered. I was never prompted for them (as indicated). Eventually (not sure how!) I did manage to enter these and the process proceeded smoothly from there.

This was the first time I ordered from FirstShop but won't be the last! Not only was the pricing amazing, but the service was outstanding and the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. I was informed of my order's progress every step of the way! Highly recommend them!!

Price the best I could find. Order experience somewhat clunky. Had to do a EFT because credit card didn't work (OK). The order page didn't update to reflect the payment status. That was a cause of concern but everything turned out fine in the end. Goods received in perfect condition,

I was super amazed at the service I got from FirstShop. I placed my online order on the Friday and the Tuesday morning, first thing, it was delivered to my office. I love speedy service. The product is also top notch. You guys are great. Will definitely make use of your online service again in future. Thanks for great customer service !!!

The laptop that I was looking for was not available on the website. I used the chat function on the website and spoke to Vernon. He was extremely helpful and the product that I was looking for was placed on the website. I bought the laptop and it was delivered before the end of the week.
