These are the best ophthalmologists in the country with very skilled doctors, each with their own area of speciality like retinal surgeons, corneal and oculoplastic specialists, to name a few.

My experience was not a friendly one at all as a result I got discourage and I did not even go to the hospital side where the receptionist said I must go to because I thought to myself if I go to the hospital side and get the same treatment I might lose my cool. (the receptionist who was helping me had that the say what you want and get out attitude) she did not even respond when I asked, how are you)

I then went to lady who referred me and I told her about my experience. She then said I must go back to the lady at the hospital side, she is indeed friendly and helpful.

I will be going there tomorrow again with the most positiveness ever as the information I required is for my 71 year old mother

The doctors and staff are friendly and professional however it's very disorganised. I have been waiting for about 3 hours from early morning where there was about 4 people to when it got full. I was given a time for an appointment and was two hours early. They put drops into my eyes, and because I waited so long they had to throw more drops. The allocated time (appointment time) came and went and I was still waiting. Maybe this is the price you pay to see specialists. Appointment or not you will wait and it will feel as if they forgot about you.
