When I collected my vehicle, the battery had been run flat, grease marks were left on the upholstery, gear housing was lying open and my engine covers had not been placed back on the engine. At the very least my car should have been given back to me in the state that it was handed to SMG. SMG Durban, you've left this customer with a very bitter taste in my mouth.

Great service , very accommodating . Even when 3rd party people offer bad service(glass-fitters) the members of the business are attentive to their customers and this flows down through the business. Ensuring your problems are resolved. Hence why they are often at capacity .

Absolutely appalling after sales service! My car stalled and had a drivetrain warning and when I called the dealership they said they are too full to attend to the car, I need to rebook for the next day. The following day the car was assessed to be in such bad shape that it needed a part to be ordered from Germany. I was then promised free car hire. They would contact me and fetch me work that afternoon. 4 hours later (20h00) im still at work waiting for that call! No answer from the dealership, no follow up from the consultant! Traumatized client!!
