Although only there for a day long workshop, we were very impressed with the general service, the attention to detail, the way the beverages were served (coffee/tea), the lovely and well prepared food and of course the friendliness of the staff and the lovely clean cloakrooms.

WE had a very bad experience at the restaurant, poor customer interface from the time of arrival, food took 2 hours come and order incorrect .. surly waitress who could not care less. very disappointing as we had overseas guests and it was valentines day. Quite a contrast to the rest of the hotel which is top class. Time to change the management there, food was excellent. Looking at the faces of other clientele , we where not the only unhappy faces., Not the choice for future visits

Nice hotel with spa, but you have to book well in advance.

There is a restaurant in the hotel area and a cozy steak house called Knife on the ground floor. There is also a trendy bar with a pool table.

Have stayed a few times, but recommend mountain facing suits vs. the small rooms.

Nice hotel, the only problem is the road noise from the highway. They have done their best with double panes of glass on the windows though. The view is great and the stay was pleasant.

For the price you would expected a little more. No microwave or mini fridge in the rooms. To adjust the aircon in the middle of the night, had to get out of bed and stand directly in front of the aircon unit.

Food was great. Large breakfast spread staff very friendly.

Probably wouldn't stay agian due to the lack of the mini fridge as we had a small child and couldn't keep his milk cold.

The service and staff is very pleasant. Good value for money. The kitchen went out of their way to make us a late and tasty breakfast. Excellent coffee. Try their Americano.

Love the place, love the room service menu but it could stI'll be improved and have things like milkshakes, more meat options, more desert options etc. Also there is no gym in the facility so that's really a problem especially if I stay there for more than a week. Other than that I would rate it a 5
