Service is generally good, drive through is generally very fast, newly constructed with very neat and modern interior, decent parking and closes fairly late. Quality of the food is not very consistent and orders aren't always fulfilled as requested therefore the average rating.

very bad customer service as we ordered foodo for the work place and arranged for a driver to collect. when the food arrived , we see the whole order is under lemon and herb flavour and no coke given . zinhle was the cashier to whom the order was placed and flavoured specified. we do not have the time to drive all the way back to resolve issue so we phoned only to be served by an unhelpful manager

Bad customer service , especially with handling errors. Placed an order for collection, only to find out that the whole order has been placed under lemon and herb flavour instead of hot. And our coke was not given.The order was repeated to Zinhle the cashier were we specifically said the whole order must be hot. Terrible service especially when the managers do not feel their staff are responsible. This is not the first or second time our order has been screwed up.

I have alwys liked Bluff Nandos fr the type of chicken u guys offerd.bt ever since ths drive through system started everythng is bad..at fst I thot buying from drive through is bad cz i was angry about cold,tasteless,dry and boiled chicken.Yesterday I decided to go inside nd buy bt it was worse waited so long fr the chicken only to find that I requested fr xtra source and it was dry,the chicken tasted bad as if it was boiled nt to mention that it was too burnt..really disappointed.starting to hate Nandos

It's a nightmare trying to place an order telephonically then after telling them what your order is they leave you hanging on the line without saying a word to you so I hung up. Not sure if the order is placed or not.

Tried to place an order by phone. After 5 minutes of trying to explain to a person who clearly could not speak or understand English I put the phone down. Disgusting
