We booked in at around 7pm and we're not told about the facilities, not shown to the room so we were lost walking around looking for it. When we got to the room we had to fumble around in the dark for the phone to phone the front office and ask them why the lights didn't work, turns out u have to insert your card into a little box. How they expect people to figure that out on there own is beyond me. There wasn't room service so we went to get our own food. The room is very nice and an extremely comfortable bed. Flat screen with a few channels atleast a few of the movie channels, sport and news. Really can't fault the room at all very luxurious. But the general staff walking around didn't seam very happy and friendly. Its a five star hotel. I expect people there to smile and treat me as such. We were awoken quite early by drilling and construction. I wish they had arranged that for the afternoon in consideration of guests. I won't be going back, but then again I don't really stay at 5 star hotels. But I really expected more for the price.
very good and good service the stave are very good food delicious
If you like golf, then it's OK. If you don't then it's in the middle of nowhere. Beautiful spacious rooms. Fully equipped exercises area. A couple of swimming pools.
Started off at the Spa. Great, friendly service. Then moved on to Balata restaurant at the hotel. Beautiful venue. Great place to bring the whole family for Sunday lunch. Lots of ground for the kids to run around and play. Food is really good and prices are very competitive. Must try lamb curry, Thai green chicken curry and cookie dough cheesecake. You will not be disappointed
Birthday surprise!!!
My boyfriend surprised me with a 1 night stay here and it was amazing. We stayed in the suite which was huge. Had a kitchenette, separate lounge area and a gigantic bathroom. The views were breath taking. The room was equipped with all the necessities. He also treated me to a massage at the spa and it was amazing. We also went on the sky dining experience. Highly recommend it if it is available. This place is great for a weekend getaway and simply to unwind.
Amazing place Proper set up Great hospitality
Wow, good service great food. I cannot complain
Awesome, everything goes well
I attended a conference at the Fairview Hotel conference facilities. The service was very good.
Attended the most awesome wedding. Benue was perfect. Plenty of parking. Lift friendly. The Deck has breathtaking views. Great food and great staff.
Upscale hotel and restaurant. Nice outside area overlooking the golf course. Good for a cappuccino or Sunday lunch. Able to host large functions.
Excellent reception service and the rooms are spacious, clean and beautifully designed and layed out. Definitely coming back.
Best of the best. Luxury. Great coffee n food. Sexy cocktails. Spa is amazing. You can have a conference in the sky lifted by a crane!!!
Fairway spa, is fantastic. They are friendly and very professional. The atmosphere for relaxing was phenomenal. The massage therapy was a definite 10/10 and we definitely felt rejuvenated.
I would however suggest that they fix the wall by the pool area and repaint the pool.
Other than that it was a relaxing day at the spa.
Beautiful views and excellent staff. Very good facilities and lovely well equipped villas.
Very pleased with the place. The rooms, the food, the environment! Everything about it is magnificent. You even forget that you are in Johannesburg. Nice place for a getaway and forget about the traffic woes in Gauteng and listen to the waters flowing.
A recent addition to the golf course, this is a great hotel and conference venue. Ideal for weddings and such. It was built to house the Brazilian football team during the world cup in SA. Excellent restaurant with good views. Bit pricey
