Nice hotel in a vibrant area of Johannesburg. Arts crafts , lots of bars and restaurants around the area. Sundays large amount of people come to the inner city for a food market at the end of the street. Saturdays there is a food and wine market on the roof of the hotel with fantastic views of the city. Can get noisey but if you're looking to visit Johannesburg for a taste of the South African culture this is the No1 spot.

I book from air bnb but this is really a lovely place with diverse rooms, privercy, good security, a nice vibe all in all and affordable prices. Highly recommended

Pieces of Art welcome you as you walk in. The bed was very comfortable, nice big bathroom, spacious room. Pieces of art throughout the building.

Amazing experience. Each floor is unique as well as each room. Offers amazing views and a walking distance away from great places to eat. Love how well kept and clean it is and how artsy it is.

The rooms are very interesting and the location is good. Parking is tight but reasonable. Staff were good but there was a mistake with our booking despite emailing and confirming up front. Overall a good experience.

Very nice space. Great to have restaurants & cafe downstairs, and movies & great comedy. Internet should be free! So silly that they charge for this.

Cool concept hotel. But you need to pay for the wifi and it hardly works.
Direct area is good but go any further and we you'll notice poverty. We are a Dutch couple and didn't realy feel unsafe walking around.response / report this review
