Great open store. Large variety. Just get those cashier and packers to be just a little more attentive and friendly. Prices very competitive.

Awesome store but the cashiers and packers definitely need some personality. I was there this morning and the two ladies helping me are seriously destroying the urge to go back to you store. What a site for sore eyes.

Pick n Pay Klerksdorp need an overall upgrade!!!
From Managers to packers..in the first place please let all the workers be more neat and well dressedif the food isn't wrotten the food is pass the Best Before date and still on the shelves.most of the cashiers are unfriendly or can't speak, they throw our groceries through to the packerswe believe you do not throw groceries, because there's just too much people that are hungry in South Africa it's a privilege to have a job with a job subscription and also a privilege to can buy food etc.
The trolleys are always dirty and in an unexpected unwanted state because we as shoppers must put food in these trolleys . Why can't a manager or two delegate two person's to wash the trolleys every week??? No, they rather sit in their offices..

I was in your liquor store this afternoon forever. The person on the till was shouting at someone about a key or something. The only till manned did not work. After waiting and waiting still nothing worked. I finely placed my booze on another counter and left. I was not the only one. Pick n Pay will not see me again. Sorry no stars!

Not all tills in use. Long queues at basket counters. Till attendant and packer too busy talking to listen to what you ask of them.

A large supermarket indeed. There is always fresh fruit, veg and fish to be found as well as freshly baked bread. There is also a gardening section, if you would call it that (everything from duct-tape to compost). It's a nice place overall
