Mary was helpful and friendly on arrival and i had a parcel couriered to her adress that she was very friendly in helping out with.
But - always be aware of paying your bill upfront if you haven't seen the place or stayed there before- the photos are very old on the website and it’s definitely not what you see
When we got there the lawn was scattered with dogpoo that had not been picked up for days - our room did not have soap in - only a used one - the rooms were neat and clean. i had an incident where my daughters cell phone was missing - i reported it to the staff and owner and told her that its missing - we found it in our car 5 minutes later and I immediately phoned her and told her and the cleaning girl that we found it - on getting back to the room later that night she had not cleaned our room or made our bed- obviously offended by us and the cellphone incident- our bill was more than R9000 for the duration of our stay - i contacted the owner to inquire about the situation and she said she wanted to give us space.
No working wifi neither an air-con in our room as advertised - and you sign an indemnity form of about 4 pages long - plastic signs everywhere you look about what you allowed to do and what not. Not impressed-response / report this review -
