  Like really now, why is this Pick n Pay even at Hyde Park? The cooked food section is worst than what peasants eat Horrible. please improve, you can not be in Hyde Park and have such nonsensical service.

  Ninth-circle of hell terrible. Where customer service goes to die. The things I have witnessed in this store could fill a gripping short story.

  Worst service. It's like everyone behind a till needs an hour to boot up. The worst part is their attitude. Shame it's situated in an upper-market mall yet still manages to be utterly useless. A supermarket is only as good as it's staff.
