What a lovely range of materials with helpful staff throughout the shop! I always enjoy a visit to Fiona's. This time I was looking for upholstery material to make scatter cushions for the sitting room couches. Lois assisted me with much patience and expert advice. Looking forward to collect my cushions in two weeks as promised

Shocking experience from Fiona's. We deal with over 20 suppliers and they are by far the worst of them all.

After calling them yesterday to try and enquire about a certain fabric, the staff member handed the phone to the manager and told the manager (while we could hear her talking), that we were rude. (It was the other way around!) That the manager should tell us that the fabric was VERY expensive (R2000 - R3000) so we would not come through.

On top of that, they refuse to give prices over the phone in any case. They are technologically backwards and cannot even send us pictures of the certain stock we wanted.

We will NEVER go back.

Very horrible and pathetic attitudes toward customers from staff and owners alike. Customer service non existent and customers treated like criminals from the time you enter their parking lot. Will not recommend any of my friends nor will I ever shop there ever again. I would give it a "minus" 10 star rating.

The owners are horrible. They treat their staff like crap. So much that I told the poor lady helping me to find another job.

Their DMC embroidery floss board is a mess and when I told them about it, it was like talking to deaf people. They wanted me to buy Madeira even after I explained to them the patterns I have is DMC only and I do not have a reliable conversion chart.
Thank the universe and God for Elna (Cresta and Northlands) and the Wool Shop (Northlands)

Horrible service and very overpriced! Asked and explained stupid assistant 3 TIMES that I'm looking for curtains from 1 full piece. Came home opened it and found 4 pieces joined together and it's for 1000R!!! In oriental Plaza you can buy much nicer and much cheaper! Going to return tomorrow and will never go back.

I just called Fiona's to enquire about fabric, first I was told we do not give prices over the phone and when I eventually went through to someone who would supposedly be able to help - they were of no use either. Not the friendliest bunch of staff.
