No one ever seems to answer the phone My airtime has been depleted due to either listening to the welcome tone or when they finally decide and put me through to the relevant department where no one answers. Absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful as I am a customer who just bought there. Thoroughly annoyed

Cashiers are very friendly and welcoming but the store manager should put more people to assist within the isles for better service.

The staff wasn't enthusiastic as expected. I waited on a queue to pay for my Car radio for a period of 30 minutes if not more. Seems like they're forced to work. Sometimes you find that only 2 cashiers are working and the rest are roaming around,at that time we are queuing at our employer's time. They need to up their socks at upper level shopping.
