If you feel like some brilliant Eisbein or an amazing Schnitzel, put down with a draught or two of beer then go to Im Eimer. The vibe is rustic and makes one feel like one is going to visit a friends house. Very chilled and relaxed.

This place is not very well known, but family members from Somerset west book and took us to the place. It does not look like anything form outside but the place inside is extremely interesting. Many old and wonderful stuff inside the place. Food was very good price and very good. Just make sure you phone ahead to book the eisbein otherwise you have to wait 45 min to prepare that.

Rustic German restaurant with good food and German style beer. If you looking for fine dining, this is not for you, but if you looking for good German style food this is you place, Eisbeins are fabulous and their Snitzels are very tasty. Now couple that with Good German beer and interesting interior and exterior, you in food a good time. Sundays are great as they have live music from local bands.
My recommendation.YES! an experience you will remember fondly👍👍👍

You could say that our family almost lives for their Bierfests. Especially this year, they put a real effort into making it both a special and entertaining event for their guests - and everyone had a fantastic time! Their German beer is genuine and tasty. I enjoy their Schnitzels and my husband simply loves their Eisbein. Our little boy can’t get enough of the Oompah band, whenever there is one, so if you’re looking for a great place for your friends and your whole family to enjoy, visit Im Eimer!

If you can see past the lack of service and grimy tables then it is actually a great place to eat good German food. I can recommend their Eisbein!

It's a very relaxing place, looks like someone's make shift backardvery very laidback..you can let your hair down, it's a German restaurant, German food, live music on a sunday, value for money, portions size well worth it, if you're going to order eisbein, which we didn't, due solely to it's size, do so a day in advance, staff friendly, will recommend it, it's an experience.

A fantastic experience! Exquisite German cuisine with prompt service and cold cold beer. Ambience is a bit rustic. Come for the delicious Eisbein stay for the random old German expats breaking into song.
