Well said by the previous review guest - Thuputla Lacton Ratlabyane - most unprofessional check in ever experienced. According to their own website they are B&B as well as self catering. The check in staff looked at me as if I was crazy when I asked if breakfast was included in the rate and told me that it is self catering only.
Poorly furnished and dirty accommodation unit - not looking forward to sleeping 2 nights here. Way over priced and if we hadn't already paid in full, would have found alternative accommodation. We will be checking out after a nightmare night with rowdy guests making it impossible to sleep. Absolute waste of money!

What a misleading place.i was there this weekend my wife took me out to break away from town inviroment they advertised that they have boat ,canoeing. trail walk all types of things u may think of when u book only to arrive in haartebees town and they give u an A4 paper with coordinates of where those facilities are and they don't belong to them.is is just a double story residence with door facing each other like students accommodation.when I walk inside is a smallest TV i have never seen that is whistling when it is switched on.the second night lights went off there is no backup generator and the the place is a self cattering.they actually rip off people with their advert.

Great value for moneyeverything you need. Comfortable, homey feel with a distant view of the dam and the mountain. Will definitely be back.

Apartment was newly furnished and very neat, and the pool was great in the heat. Recommended for families who are coming to explore the area. Privacy can be a bit of an issue, with the sandblasted front door not completely covering the glass panel, and guest bedroom windows open onto a communal passage. Nonetheless, I had a really comfortable stay.

The place itself is in a good and secure neighborhood. It is also close to interesting places. Receptionist who received us (CJ) was very cold and seemed uninterested to have us there. That was the only downside. Not sure if his behavior was an exception rather than a norm

It's a good and quiet place for families. A lot of activities nearby. I enjoyed my stay and would probably come again in the near future

Furnishing is nice enough. Beds are comfortable. Loads of space. Negatives: crockery dirty with fingerprints and stains. People booking in at all hours of the night and making lots of noice as they walk and yell past your windows while unpacking their cars. Cars are parked right outside our windows so car lights shine through the blinds as late arrivals come in while you sleep. With all the noise during the night, I'm not sure if it is kid friendly.

Terrible place. No cleanliness. We were bitten by bed bugs. The refrigerator was filthy on check in. The towels weren't changed. No soap in bathroom. Room was poorly painted. Security was unprofessional. .. rather non existing. Some random person was appointed a security guard. Guests very noisy and unruly. No reception open after 4 or 5pm. No swimming pool existing. it's a little bigger than a bath tub. Felt very unsafe here. The parking lot was scattered with various pieces of junk. At 11pm there was no sign of the 'security guard '.
Lies on the Internet. . No cycling or horse riding or boat rides on the property. All are more than 2km away.

Terrible experience. I'll never trust these small businesses again. Stick to the big and trustworthy hotel groups. .

From the outside doesnt look well maintained. Step into the honeymoon suite, completely different story. It is huge, with very good finishing. Might just need to invest in a little better air-conditioning.
