  Made a booking September 2015 they kept on cancelling our bookings month on month. We requested a refund and no answer, they do no reply to emails and their phone is forever off. We are still struggling to get our money back. I would rather book in a shack than deal with these people, Pathetic service!!!!!

  very useless business
  they keep rescheduling our appointment .wanted to go there fr our wedding anniversary , after 2 months they can get us a booking , less than 48 hours before we were booked for they send us a sms to tell us they wont be able to accommodate us for our booking and need to reschedule for another 2 months. that is not service

  What a disappointment. Awful service! My fiance went there for our anniversary, Never gain! What a terrible experience. They still owe us money for one night extra that we did not stay over and now months later, they just decided not to pay us back after agreeing to.
  
  The 'spa' is situated right across the noisiest busiest road in Brits, with constant loud trucks and cars making it impossible to relax. The jacuzzi does not work. The 'spa' facilities are very mediocre and the service was poor.
  
  This is not a 4 star facility, they make you pay extra for the use of the air conditioner (R100) per day. The 'restaurant' is just a kitchen where you eat what they serve you, nothing else. Diner style food, not great.
  
  Please don't make the mistake we did.

  Food not suitable for a 4 star Guest House. Bad service, and attitude after complaining unacceptable.
