A very beautiful place with beautiful views
But that’s where it stops
Ilze has been more than helpful but there is just so much she can do
Support staff was really poor from check in
Doesn’t know what’s going on
Terrible food all from the freezer
As said by a staff member
Don’t think they having cleaning service the place is dusty n dirty our window had spider webs
And a spider in the room
Our door doesn’t lock and that’s not their problem
Not a comfortable stay as u more worried if something won’t bite u in the dirty dusty place
For over a R1000 stay not worth it
Pity from all my social media reviews n pictures
Loads of people would love to stay

Self-catering unit was spacious and lovely.. beautiful garden and great plunge pool. Shower temperature control gave some issues and the toilet seat was unusually high. Some of the crockery was dirty when we got there.. Staff was great. All in all, a good place. Would definitely visit again.

The view is spectacular. Breathtaking!!! It was a blessing waking up every morning to the view!!
The place was pretty central to services and touristy things.
The Manager, Marisca is super helpful.
The breakfast menu is exceptionally limited. We expected more from a 5 star guest house regarding breakfast.
The next bummer was movement outside the premises. You're basically locked up. When you leave they open for you and close behind you. When you come back, you ring for them and they come open for you. It's just frustrating.
The towels were not changed although they were dirty. Same for the teacups.
