Service is appalling
Dropped my projector to get a quote for repair
Four days later after numerous calls they still hadn't looked at it. When calling no one knows what they're doing
Receptionist can't even understand English

Found the place, has everything that I was looking for. Plenty of options to choose from. Owner is a good salesman and I left with what I wanted and it's working perfectly.

Absolutely disappointing service. My PS went in 3-4 times and the problem still not resloved.
They wanted me to pay another R1000 for them to fix the problem one day after their 3 month warranty. These guys are con artists! Never use them! Reporting them to authorities!
They can not provide serial numbers of parts they say have been replaced!response / report this review -

Poor Poor Poor service. had my ps3 3 times in the last 2 months at this shop with the same problem and suddenly the 3rd time they wanted paper work but over the phone they just promise you the best service and you do not need to bring any paper work in due to u are on there system. The worker just left the customers in the front of the store and went to the back office to continue with his daily job. After going to look for him and ask him for the owners cell number his response was he doesn't need to give it.

Phoned earlier this week to confirm opening hours, said it's 09:00 on a Saturday. I got there at 09:10 Saturday . Shop was not open, shop opened at 09:45. Went in asked for a repair on a Ps1. Ayman said they will see what is wrong, and phone me back the same day for a qoatation, so that repairs can start. No phone call received back on the same day. I phoned on Sunday to find out what it would cost because Ayman said that they would yesterday. Tony answered said they are closed today and it takes 3days to get a quotation witch I was unaware of because it was not the agreement we had with Ayman. He tells me now the Ps1 is unrepairable and that I must come and pick it up on Monday. First off I drove all the way from the East Rand to get a repair. Now I find out it cannot be repaired. Could this not been told yesterday while I was in the area? And why do staff give false information to their clients then push them away? Unhappy! Keep the Ps1 then. I'll buy a new one cheaper than your repair anyway!
