Worst sales team compared to any other iStore. They sold me the wrong version of Apple Watch and then it was a big fight for a refund.

Utterly pathetic service. Stood in store at the watch table for 15 minutes and they help someone else that came in after us first. If there were an option to give a zero star rating, I would be doing it. Useless for a store in such a big mall!

Booked in my Macbook pro afer it have gone faulty - they couldnt fix it and advised me to buy a new macbook.

I paid the handling fee after they couldnt solve the problem (and told me they have no idea what the problem is as they have never seen it happen before - exact words) they wanted to format everything and see if that can solve problem
They had my macbook for 48hours

I walked accross the Istore to We Fix they solved the problem for me in less than an hour!!!!

It was just the IOS that crashed - in the end they didnt charged me amd I didnt lose any files

Handling in my MacBook Pro for service at this store due to fan and speaker issues. The service is timely and professional. Got my computer back after 5 days and everything work perfect.

Service is patheticstay away! I have tried buying an iPad twice now to replace an older iPad I have, both times I have walked out the shop fuming as nobody bothers to even approach you, after waiting quiet a few minutes on both occasions and trying to get the attention of some staff members I have decided never again!!! Pathetic!

MacBook booked in for 3 items, screen delaminates, trackpad sticky and IOS update. A week later Inwas informed to collect only to find out that only the delamination was attend to. Nothing done to the sticky trackpad or IOS update. So much service for a premium brand! 😤

If I could give a zero rating on this I would. By giving a one star means that there was at least one star's worth of satisfaction. iStore Menlyn is proof that Apple is on its way down and out. The staff have an attitude that they would rather be working somewhere else. Very sad!
