Thumbs up to Christopher Moloko and Oliver Nyenye at the Woodmead branch, they went further than required to make sure my son gets a PS 3 steering wheel for his birthday. Excellent customer service and very friendly. Definitely was a pleasure to shop there.

Even 1 star is too much for this store. Was put on hold for 20 minutes just to get an update on a repair which they initially were not even interested in repairing, even though it fell within the warranty. I dont see this chain lasting another year.

Had stock on a phone I wanted, but couldn't upgrade my contract because the necessary staff weren't available that day. Manager was very helpful in arranging the upgrade at a nearby branch (Vodaworld)
