PG GLASS have moved to 44 Barrack Street, Cape Town!
I also could not find them as their change of address details are not yet updated on Google maps. They say they are busy with it. May I suggest PG send their new address out to all their insurers etc, I also spent ages looking for them and the phone lines were engaged for hours.

Was sent on a merry goose chase this morning. was told I have to go to PG Glass, Greenpoint from Fish Hoek for my Insurance check. My Google Drive took me to the address - nothing - call the telephone number and get through to a call centre who sent me on a few more routes. Google PG Glass in Sea Point and it sends you to Greenpoint - Eventually, after 4 hours I went to Glass Fit - who advised me that I could have gone to Glass Fit in Wynberg - I discover PG Glass does not exist in Greenpoint anymore - surely you update your call centre and Goodle addresses????

Jonathan and his team are fantastic! I've had to visit PG Glass Green Point on 2 occasions - once for a windscreen and secondly, for a new passenger window as a result of a smash and grab incident. They cleaned up the broken glass and worked quickly. The entire team expected me with each visit, ensuring they were ready for my arrival early in the morning (7am) and greeting me with smiles. The service is fast and reliable. They aren't shy to admit to faults and are quick to mend them. Jonathan contacted me after each visit to ensure I was happy with the service. A very efficient and professional business. Staff always helpful and kind.
We have used their services many times on new vehicle assessments for insurance requirements and glass refitting and always felt satisfied with their service.
Easy location, however parking is sometimes a problem, but you will be able to drive onto the business floor.

I wanted to visit again, but then I remembered when I last visited this place on 10 Feb 2017, the staff member who assisted with payment of replacing my quarter vent gave me strange looks throughout the process. He wouldn’t stop. I thought I was seeing things - but he wouldn’t stop. And wouldn’t answer any of my questions. This to me is plain weird. ‘Weird’ is an understatement.

Actually had a really great service experience. I think they have picked up their game. Communication was great on the phone and everything was confirmed via sms. They did a great job on getting me a replacement windshield faster than expected and installed it professionally - even removed my roof racks and put them back again at no additional charge.

Absolutely no clue about customer acquisition. Called the Green Point branch as per the Google listing and number: 419-0645 and it went straight through to the national call centre. I need a quote on a cracked glass window at my apartment and my car's windscreen. Tobi at the call centre tells me firstly she can't find Green Point's details then she says I must call 419-0645 again because if they are busy the call is redirected to national. So I must call in the hope of getting through cause if I get through to national again they can't help me so what's the point. I told her if someone doesn't call me in 5 mins I will go somewhere else. I did get my call from another lady and she saved the business. Why did I have to threaten to go someone else before they reactedsour taste!

I am currently being transferred to branches I did not request to be transferred to. Not helpful at all. Apparently PG Glass in Greenpoint is not answering their calls, the call centre just told me. Great stuff!
