Would not recommend them. Two months after my basic service my car started fuming and was brought back in with the head gasket, timing chain kit , oil filter amongst others replaced which cost me R20000. They kept the car for about a month. Now a month after all that my car just would'nt startthe alternator was ruined and oil started leaking from the front. Had a mechanic look at it and was told autoworks obviously didnt tighten the oil filter properly which caused oil to leak onto the alternator and ruin it. So now i had to fork out extra money because of their mistakes. If i had taken my car back to them it probably would've suffered more damages later

Wasn't happy with the service here as the quote I received was very overpriced, to the point where I preferred to take my vehicle home rather than get the work done on it. So honestly, I would not recommend them to a friend.

Be careful, they will try to keep your car as long as possible to rack up the hours worked. It is very clean and staff are friendly but they tend to overcharge on parts and labour

Phenomenal service, staff are so friendly and accommodating. I have been taking my car there for services for the last few years and would recommend them to everyone. Prices are also very reasonable.

Extremely Bad Service and Very un-Trust Worthy
When I collected my car after a service from Auto Works there was a new warning light on. Run flat tyre pressure error. Auto Works never mentioned the issue about the tyre on service report. They haven’t requested me to replace tyre. Zero mention about tyre when I paid for service.
When I pointed this out to the mechanic’s, they quickly reset the warning light and assured me everything was fine. I drove 40 km home. The following day when I was dropping my son off at school a parent noticed that my tyre was starting to come off the rim. When I informed management at AutoWorks the response was very poor. They stapled a scrap piece of paper to the back of my digital report stating that I had a puncher. Management said that the scrap piece of paper was enough evidence to confirm that the puncher was not their problem, even though I had no puncher prior to leaving my car in their workshop. I am appalled at how lightly they are taking this issue, as it is extremely dangerous to drive with a faulty run flat tyre.
I would NOT recommend their services. VERY un-trust worthy and bad communication.response / report this review -

I had the most awesome experience this week, the best I have ever received from any garage. They opened the shop shop exactly on time in the morning, offered to drop me off at work and assisted me with the most welcoming smiles. They diagnosed my car as having a fault outside their specs of practice (alarm related issue) and to my surprise didn't charge me for the diagnosis. On top of that MY car was washed FREE OF CHARGE. I give them full points and bonuses
