Went there to get a quote about a month ago for my vehicle. Staff was so rude and just sat there not even interested in assisting. Once I had demanded their attention, I was given a thumbsuck quote by one of the unprofessional staff members. It is truly disgusting how, in a country where unemployment is so high, you get these people who take their jobs for granted and treat potential customers so badly. Shocking!

The VW IT department let the VW West Cape parts department down! A password was locked for more than a day, and in the end I got the part and excellent service from GoldWagen on the same day, and got the part installed, not at the VW workshop. Saved me a heck of a lot of money and time. Thanks VW

I have never encountered such poor service! Wondering if you're in the business of only changing oil and plugs. You have just lost a customer and i will be taking my business elsewhere. Leon, shame on you for taking my husband's money for ordering a key but refusing to encode it so that he might drive it out of the yard. Sick!
