Poor service, was placed on hold and passed from person to person for 30 minutes and no help was provided at all. I was able to call and get my car fixed at Dent Master before ACD even called me back.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE
I WENT WITH AN OIL LEAK 4 DROPS OVERNIGHT. IT CAME BACK OIL PISSING OUT. THE CAR NEVER OVERHEATED. NOW ITS OVERHEATING. PREVIOUS MONTH I FITTED RECONDITIONED GEARBOX. NOW THERE IS ONLY 3 GEARS.
ACD YOU OBVIOUSLY DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY R8180.00 LATER.
EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPOINTED.

Brought my car to these guys, unfortunately I appear to have an electrical issue and they could not help and directed me to a recommend auto electrician, ACD setup was very professional when I arrived and a few people told me to try them. They are very quick to accept bookings, and they do a lot of vehicles each day. They definitely value quantity over quality in my opinion. They used to be much better when I started using them 4-5 years ago, but nowadays I don't know whether I should even still recommend them, unless you need something done RIGHT NOW on your car to fix it. They will fix whatever they screwed up if you go back and complain. If you want quality, you need to look somewhere else.
