I highly recommend this tyre shop for all your tyre needs. The owner is very helpful and will not overcharge you or lie to or cause further damage to your car so you come back for further repairs which did not exist before. The work shop is tidy and there is seating facilities. The overall workmanship is of good quality. The sell mags at reasonable pricing and there is also cash and card facilities when paying.

I have had a female fried walk pass this branch last week, only to be harassed by one of their male employees. When confronted, he apparently had no idea that this is a problem. Another employee arrived, pretended to be the manager, then admitted that he is not the manager. This same employee promised that the "real" manager would get back to us, after we went to complain. We are yet to hear from him. I would urge all drivers, especially female, to stay clear from Goodhope Tyres. They have communicated through this incident, that sexual harassment is acceptable.

I had my tyres changed at the Woodstock establishment about two weeks ago. The service was okay enough, in and out within an hour, and the prices were the best I've been quoted.

Last night my front right wheel was making a terrible knocking sound. I researched the problem and learned that an unlikely cause would be loose wheel nuts from improper replacement of wheels.

Would you believe it, they didn't tighten my front right wheel properly, leading me to drive over 600kms on a loose wheel.

This could have caused you an accident, or worse.

I would certainly not recommend Good hope tyres as they clearly do not have proper control/safety checks over wheel & tyre replacement.
