When popular movies are premiering come at least 30 minutes before screening time if you need to buy snacks. The queues can be massive

Wow what a place. Very beautiful and I like the internal design that makes u feel as if you outside enjoying great evening dinner. Very need and smells nice. I enjoyed the ice skating for adults and the kids one is great too kids love it. Also enjoyed a movie at Nu Metro. Should i get a chance am going back i still need to explore the entire place and maybe go and watch the UFC/EFC matches at the Arena.

Went to see Boehemian Rhapsody. Lovely cinema. Sound was amazing and seats were comfortable. Would return without hesitation. Pity you've got to weave through the crowds to get there.

I like going for the movies here because the seats and are more comfortable compared to Canal walk as well as the curvature layout of the seats.

I visit the cinema at least 3 times per month. Seats are comfy and staff is friendly and service is good.

I went there with my family. Not only did it take us 30 minutes to purchase tickets and snacks, but they sold us tickets of a movie which was only showing 2 days later. How one can have a skeleton staff when it is festive season beats me. And to crown it all, the tickets and snacks are purchased at same desk (with a skeleton staff). I am certain that their service must be better on other days, but today it was shoddy service.

The service here is good and the wait isn't ever riduculous. The seating is at times a bit rugged as there would be your odd broken seat or seat with some of the material that is stripped. The schedules are never delayed though and you can also lift the arm rest if you want to enjoy a movie close with that someone special.
