  Every visit to their service department ends in disappointment. The worst of the VW group. Had issues under maintenance plan with Stellenbosch and Paarl branches that escalated to management level and still ended unresolved. I drive all the way to Somerset West Philwest now.

  I have been dealing with both the Dealer Principal and Service Manager. (Eugene and Werner) trying to request a new service book for my Touareg after it was misplaced. They are not able to reprint any prior service invoices or verify whether the maintenance schedule was followed correctly meaning I do not know if any of the routine part replacements have been done or not. The vehicle has been serviced by VW since new, even after the service plan expired. I do not see the benefit of being loyal to a dealership if private service centers are able to provide you with a better level of customer service and history of work done on your vehicle. One begins to wonder if this is a money making scheme to get customers to replace parts which have already been replaced.
