Friendly staff. Arrived five minutes before closing to buy parts and they didn't shut the door in my face. On the contrary they were friendly and took the time to give me good service and sell me the needed parts for our bimmer.

Best bmw. Fixed multiple issues that another branch caused, also highly recommend you deal with Nanet. Service for her is exceptional. If you need to service your car, I highly recommend this branch. I've had my car completely (for lack of a better word) stuffed up by two other branches and the only people who could fix it were here.

My husband and my son has just been in there for plus minus 10 minutes or more interested in the BMW 310 wanting to take it for a test ride for a possible cash sale the people inside were sitting behind their computers and one lady was on her cellphone.. nobody even attempted to get up and ask if they can be of any help this is not the way service work guys absolutely pathetic!

On route to Cape Town and at my overnight stay in George found that my electric towbar is not retracting. Took it in this morning to the dealership and was greeted by Stephen who promptly proceeded to assist me. He passed on the job to Martin the technician. Identified an error and told me what to do to ensure it functions correctly while I get the issue fully resolved when back in jozi due to a part which is required and there isn’t availability right now.
The dealership staff are extremely friendly. There is a coffee bar with TV at the waiting area. The dealership is quite clean and tidy.response / report this review -

I purchased a motor car from Lynn Schroeder and dealt with Andre Botha, their used car salesman. May I say that the service I received was "par excellance' very professional and an absolute pleasure. Andre is a very polished, enthusiastic and "people friendly" individual who managed the entire deal with amazing efficiency.

You have the most pathetic sales people in the motorcycle devision,they advertise on gumtree and if you want more info they will maybe answer your mail if your lucky,sorry to say but you lost a sale on a GS 1200 and a customer
