Fantastic service from Leslie Crowley in the Parts Department, efficient, helpful and knowledgeable when ordering and ensuring parts arrive on-time. My go-to guy for everything I need. Can't comment on any other Department though as I do all my own services.

Overall service experience was good. Booked with very friendly service agent. Technical service good. Almost impossible to get hold of someone when calling. They never call you back.

The very worst VW dealership on the planet! Booked my car in for service and when I arrived they don't even have a record of the booking! Not willing to acknowledge their errors - tell me I have to come back in 2 weeks time!!
