  Worst after sales service, refused to take back the Microsoft keyboard I bought here after selling it to me as "much better quality than anything else in the store", useless.

  I was in Cape Town this summer and we sent my girfriend's laptop to fix in there. They told her it is not fixable and made her pay 700 rand for the checkup. When we came in Europe we checked the laptop and it was easily fixable but computer mania had stolen her hard disk. Now they are not giving the money back. They are complete rats.

  If I could give 0 stars I would!!!
  Badly treated and not competent staff: was told my pc was not fixable (for which I paid R700), turns out it was once I brought it in a shop in Europe.

  Useful when you need it, and definitely cheaper than the other (usually Mac-oriented) computer stores in the area. A bit of a depressing vibe inside, but whatever.

  Supplied a dysfunctional cable (R1000), then said they can't send a tech to site to test and repair. We now have to pay for someone to come and uninstall the dysfunctional cable before they will repair/refund us. Will not be back.
