I have been trying to call regarding my invoice for the past 2 weeks and I keep reaching the answering machine, no matter what time I call. This is the worst client service.

Good morning my mother is a patient in ICU in Pretoria east hospital. My father, my husband and I went for breakfast at the Netcafe and I am sorry to say after the third time trying to order a breakfast to find out that what I wanted was not on the menu is really just to much for me. I ordered chicken strips that was really so dry not even the sweet chillie sauce helped get it down. After our visit by my mother we decided to give Netcafe another oppertunity to proof that they are up to standards. We went for scone and tea 12 o'clock just to find out they do not have scones either. So if a customer comes to a coffeeshop for the forth time in one morning and try to order food that's on the menu just to hear once again theu do not have it. What is there to say about the service at Netcafe . When we asked to speak to the manager her excuse was she only came in at 11 o'clock. I am sorry this is unexceptable and the most poor service I have got in a l9ng long time. The manager and staff should be held responsible for this review.

Decent care and facilities for one or two day stays. Mostly friendly staff, get the menu orders wrong though.

They offer the worst emergency care and service to patients I think in the whole of gauteng. Won't return here. I gave them one star as you cannot give a zero star rating.

Adequate. Barely deserves a 4 star would give a 3.5. Clean and esthetically sound. Shop and restaurant very expensive.

The Bone Marrow Transplant unit is fantastic. Not very nice to be in isolation in ward 20 but the nursing staff try there best to make it as comfortable as possible.
I have had 3 transplants and the staff and Doctors are the best.response / report this review -

Had both my children at Pretoria East, they really take care of their patients and are always friendly. They are competant in everything. Compared to Montana. you can't compare the 2
