The owner of this business is so nice. He made an effort for us to make sure our xray was done. He called us and met us personally to ensure we got the best service. Thank you for that. Much appreciated.

Does not deserve a star. Rather pay extra somewhere else than to encounter the rude women at the reception. Rude rude rude rude. It's not pleasant to deal with her at all. She will surely chase away everyone that comes there. One of the worst people I have ever met. She is so miserable. If the reception is such I can only imagine what the service is inside. Never again

Terrible experience. The elderly lady at reception is extremely rude and has no etiquette when speaking. Discovery medical has a digital card but this lady rudely insisted I produce a physical card or she can't assist me. I walked out and went next door to Garden city. Paid a few Rands more but the service and hospitality there was amazing. Friendly staff who accepted the digital card.

Thank you to you all at XRAYS. I had a good MRI at half the price than other hospitals. The ladies were all very friendly too.

Typical Indian practice. Terrible on patient service, long waiting times, no ventilation or aircon You better off at a public hospital radiology department. Unprofessional reception staff insist on payment prior to consult 🙅😮🙄
