Okay, so after several bad experiences I decided to complain and the manager compensated my time, fuel, and frustration with an expired cheesecake. I leave my hometown of Chatsworth to drive to the branch in Malvern which has immaculate all round service! I visit the shallcross branch today and I arrive home hungry as hell to find dry chicken, absolutely no sauce, & what is Nandos chicken without sauce? I go back only to be ignored and unattended to by the manager after my complaint, absolutely no leadership skills whatsoever. Poor, pathetic, unpleasant service. I never sat in because the store is situated in a high-risk area, but as of today I'm never using the drive thru either. Well done, best-worst nandos EVER 👍

Best drive through in the Shallcross / Chatsworth area. Probably use it at least once a week (generally more:-) ). Only issue is that on busy days, the line of cars disrupts traffic at the centre a bit.

This business needs to learn to answer their telephone. I've been on hold for over 15 minutes. It's ridiculous!
