  Gareth ordered a pizza from hillcrest.
  Delivery took 1.5 hours
  Arrived with dot black but they claim this is because of rain so still must pay.
  Drink order also wrong..coke ordered supplied coke zero.
  Phoned to complain but only recorded message saying out of operating hours.
  This is service at it's worst

  AFTER BEING PROMISED A FREE LARGE PIZZA after my last order on the 7/10 was LATE and COLD. Today I tried phoning to order but after my 7th call to your call centre and having my call "dropped" 5 times. 2 further promises to call me back and 30mins later with being no closer to receiving or even ordering the pizza I was promised Luckily my husband ordered a pizza from Dominos which was delivered before I was being promised to be called back in "5" mins.
  
  ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH SERVICE ALL ROUND and my last attempt to order from you.
