  Absolutely hopeless. "Please roll ypur car back mister" so the timer can stop and we can take 12min to make your meal.

  Horrible experience. I do not know whether there Is, the world over, a worse KFC outlet. Buying through the drive through facility but still waited for 39 minutes for the order! They did not have the courtesy to inform me before I paid that I would have to wait whilst the chicken was cooking.

  As KFCs go, I've always been the least impressed with this one. Sometimes the food isn't great, but the service is almost always slow, especially the drive through. They have improved their speed of service in recent years, but it's still sub-standard.

  Service improved for about 2 weeks after the renovation. But seems to be slipping again. Had a few issues with food quality and get particularly annoyed at having to wait 20+ minutes for a drive through order
