Staff at the cashier had attitude, did not welcome us with a smile it was just straight forward.
The waiter also have us attitude when we asked for our bread rolls to be changed

We called to place an order and we're told to collect in 20 minutes. When I arrived at the shop (25 minutes later), they hadn't even started with our order. I then had to wait over an hour for them to give me the order. The owner was their and didn't bother to assist the entire time. Truly appalling service from a long standing, South African, franchise. I'd recommend going to a different branch, save yourself the time & disappointment.

My order took 2hours to be delivered! I live 5min away and it was a simple 3 meal order. The driver said all the orders were late because he was the only driver working. I demanded to see the other slips.all of which were orders placed after 19h15! I placed mine at 18h30! (YES, it arrived at 20h25. I had to get my kids out of bed to eat!) He also said that they were very busy. One would assume that super busy restaurants have more than one driver?! The driver's name is Hassan. He forgot to give me my drinks, he completely ignored my queries and complaints about how cold the food was. Cold chips are totally inedible. All 3 of my kids tried eating them but they were cold and rubbery and had to be discarded. When I said I refuse to pay for this late, cold food, he stubbornly zipped up his bag and was going to leavehowever, I'm not one of those parents who lets their kids go to bed hungry so I reluctantly paid for meals which were only half edible. Absolute last time I ever order from Sarnia.
