Usual nandos chicken fast food branch. Helpful staff and good turnaround time on food. Generally not too busy so eating there is also an option as they have a sit in option. Nothing really great nor bad about it.

We're currently experiencing high call volumes. Please wait for the next available cashier.
That's all you hear on the phone all day long everyday. Don't waste your time trying to place an order. I've tried on many separate occasions.response / report this review -

Apologies in advance for the lengthy review. Never thought that my first one star review would go to Nando's. Deeply saddened. Placed an order for delivery (won't mention how bad the telephone lines are as other reviews have mentioned this). Was told that delivery would take 40 to 50 minutes. Phoned after 1 hour and 45 minutes only to be told that delivery usually takes 1 hour. Not sure how that is an appropriate response given the time at which we phoned them back.
Food eventually arrives and it's very cold. Please fix this. Past orders have gone through smoothly but all it takes is one bad experience to really put someone off.response / report this review -

Consistently one of the best Nando's in terms of their spiciness! HOT is hot as opposed to slightly mild!

Not impressed- The green salad had brown lettuce leafs. The tomotoe was soft and mushy, the red and green pepper not crunchy. Basically it was an old salad unfortunately couldn't drive back to exchange as a result threw in the bin. 👎
