Absolute waste of time and money. It has Astronomically worsened with time. Staff pay less and less attention to client and their order. The food here is made with little to no care, it is sloppy and infuriating when you receive. For a fast food outlet, you should rather go to a sit down restaurant, as you should receive your food much quicker.

Efficient service .Clean and upmarket facilities. Friendly staff but what put me off was when a vagrant walked in and say at a table that had just been vacated and started eating their leftovers.

The service and food is great. But it is based in a highly dangerous area. Drugs are rampant there. So if you out of the store itself pls beware. Cos police are rite there bit as you know they can't stop the drug use due to the effect it will have in their bribes.

Pros: Always delivering great Nando's, good service, nice portion sizes, neat seating area & toilets.

Cons: Flies can be annoying at times even though control measures are in place. Parking isn't the best. Drug addicts hang around the area.

Good evening, I would like to comment on the service I have received at the Bayview Nandos outlet for my last 2 takeaway orders.
I have to compliment the quality of food, staff are friendly and the new building is awesome.

I would like to suggest that phone orders should be addressed slightly better than the way it is being done currently where patrons are made to wait in a line with customers who have not ordered at all. This wastes time and people naturally get irritated.
