During my second visit here today I experienced the lowest customer service experience. We sat for 45 mins before we were served. All patrons that sat next to us after we arrived were served way before than us.

End of the month just before people are paid , we visited MooMoo. Wanted to order a beer, Cream Ale which they didn't have no problem just ordered something else . When the waiter came around to take my order, the nice T-bone steak appealled to me . But , no T-bone available.
I left .they lost 2 customers . Was not sure if i ordered veggies if they even would have had any . So thumbs down restaurant.response / report this review -

Edit: thanks for your explaining. Changed it to four stars again because the quality of the food is still very good and the personal also seems to be happy. Also such an explaining is a lot of effort and speaks for quality.
They removed the reason why I loved this place so I cannot recommend it anymore. Unfortunately the Kobe Burger is not available any longer. Used to visit this place at least one time a week sometimes even three times when I'm around.response / report this review -

Although the chain exists for a while, a refreshingly new concept with a menu with cartoons and some funcky humor awaits you at MooMoo. Check out the price on the menu cover on the lower left corner. Either way, good food and excellent service. It is beef and more beef on the menu. This is not a place for vegetarians. Meat lovers cannot go wrong at this place. It can be crowded as it is popular with the local crowd. Life music performances tend to be loud. The place is full of energy. Very fast service.
That said, you may also want to check out the burgers at DK Burger in Waterkloof and Ribs & Burgers at Menlyn Main. These places we rated five stars. MooMoo is closer to 3.5 for the food.
The portions were a bit small so we ordered popcorn at the movies later.
MooMoo is in the Brooklyn Mall and parking is secure.response / report this review -

The 1st visit there. We have enjoyed the food that was excellent prepared and the atmosphere. The service was very good and our compliment to Joshua that serve us. I will recommend and definitely go there again.

Really nice but if I am honest, nothing really different or special about it.
Nice atmosphere but not "wow". Have to now pay for you sides like chips, veg or salad and my chicken and my wife's Ribeye were nice but not special. If you are in the mall, it's a nice place but I wouldn't come specifically.response / report this review -

Thw cocktail glasses seem to get smaller and smaller for the same price here. Had some New York strip steak but have to say the fillet on the bone is more delicious at Mythos in the same square.

I'm not sorry to say it like this but I can get a casual good burger at every restaurant, I came for something special which is now gone. Used to visit this place at least one time a week sometimes even three times when I'm around.

One of the most juiciest and tender steaks I have ever eaten! A bit over cooked, but luckily not cooked dead. Had a milky bar milkshake which was delicious!! Would recommend this restaurant!

So I had the best milkshake I have ever had tonight. It's a new feature on the menu and is delicious. Crazy candyland.
We went for a friend's moms birthday. The vibe on a Friday night at Brooklyn is really great. You can hang with friends or family. kid friendly and really just a good time to hang out.
For was amazing. Both vegetarian and meaty options.
The easier, Eben, was absolutely amazing. There is a man who knows how to wait on a table. Even though it was very busy, we didn't feel neglected.
Overall a great experience. I'm definitely coming back here and soonresponse / report this review
