One cue for breakfast buffet which took to long to get breakfast because past Easter weekend was busy with bushiri church , my steak for dinner was over cooked & dobe incorrectly .

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The staff was extremely friendly, and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks, Jeremiah. We had four great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience we had in the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, I like that there were clean sheets on my bed every single day, all respect to the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellence and hospitality!

The service is extremely poor with an uninterested night manager incapable of providing decent service. Please do not stay here. There are better options for your money.

I paid in advance for dinner on 16 August 2017, but per the final invoice I overpaid. I submitted a request for a refund but now more than 2 months later I have still not received the refund!!! So whatever you do, don't pay in advance. You are highly unlikely to be refunded.

It's like being at my second home, the hospitality it's so wonderful and the warmth of the well trained personnel it's so hilarious. I need not forget about the wonderful and hygienic meals that the chef prepares everyday.

An armed criminal who stayed in this hotel phoned an Uber taxi. He directed the driver to a quiet area in the residential area and then robbed the driver of his cellphone and the vehicle.

The Hatfield Neighbourhood Watch reported the robbery on their EMERGENCY ALERT SYSTEM on whatsapp and located the stolen car at this hotel.

The robber was probably back inside the hotel.

The Neighbourhood Watch members requested the hotel management to provide the camera footage of the armed robber but they refused!

So this hotel accommodate armed criminals!

What's even worse is that they protect an armed robber from being identified.

Perhaps the hotel workers are in cahoots with car theft syndicates?

STAY AWAY from this criminal hideout!!!
