Cosy, Rustic little place with great ambiance. Food was good too. I had a veg dish so can't really comment on the meat dishes. The best part was their service. Waiters are friendly and pleasant all the time.

We made a booking via Dineplan online and arrived at 4 (as per our booking). I was treating the ladies in my family to a late lunch before a show at Monte. The hostess was rude and dismissive as they appeared to be between lunch and dinner service and didn’t want to accommodate us. She was unapologetic and chastised the staff in front of us for taking the booking. It was so embarrassing and unpleasant that we left.

Please don’t take bookings in future if you don’t want guests at a certain time and amend your trading hours. Please also ensure that hostesses / managers get some training to treat people with respect and dignity - it’s not appropriate to humiliate customers in this way.
I’ve been to Mon Petit Throbb before and enjoyed the food thoroughly. It’s so unfortunate but I don’t think I could ever go back!

This restaurant is just absolutely perfect, my wife and I had our first date there 4 years ago, the atmosphere was awesome, the live band was different and ambient, which was great, the staff also fantastic, but I have to say that the food took the prize. Nothing more to say about it that I have gone to many great restaurants all over the world, and the food at this restaurant is still to be matched in my books. $ years later nothing has changed and it as great as it was then, just a little bigger!!!!!!! GO THERE.

Had a great breakfast on fathers day. I had an awesome omelet, the others had crumpets and French toast and a croissant which looked delicious. The service and atmosphere is also great! Can't complain

Good portion sizes and quick service. This place has a slightly French, but mostly homely, neighbourhood feel to it. Their food is good, I especially liked the "bunny chow", a brioche bun stuffed to overflow with spicy chicken livers and a side of scrambled eggs.

Shout-out to their plain croissant - flaky and buttery. Avoid the variants of almond or chocolate though, the almond tasted overpowering of almond liqueur and the chocolate was dense and heavy.
