Very poor service received on Wednesday 18 October by waiter with name of Jemame. No greeting. She throwed the menus (not place it in front of us) on the table, turn around and walk into the store. We were sitting Outside (nobody to greet us or show us a table) We were regulars at this store but since the owner is NEVER there anymore, the service has gone down! It is expensive to eat out, so when we do, we want to enjoy the experience. Goodbye Ocean Basket Grey Owl Village.

After sitting down had to wait for menus, wait for drinks, wait for starters. Cutlery and condiments arrived late and knives sticky and dirty, order incorrect. Had a delayed experience at this Ocean Basket on a Sunday night in November last year. At least the Manager came to apologize although after the long wait. Waiter very apologetic but funny enough the same waiter as the previous time. Ocean Basket, you have a good concept but EVERY time I leave disappointed. Only to give it another chance. I am afraid I am now done. You need to get it together.

Nice relaxed atmosphere. Waitress was friendly and efficient. Food was fresh and enjoyable as usual. Ample parking. Restroom is a bit cramped and cannot accommodate more than one person at a time.
