Ecopark Boulevard Shopping Centre in Centurion built and managed M&T all the security cameras in all the parking lots are not working.
My car has been broken in to and no perpetrator can be traced because there is no footage!!!

My husband and I have bought a unit at Stone Terrace which M&T proudly put on their website among the completed projects. M&T is building houses literally from sand. The wals are crumbling due to being extremely porous, its like sand. It's literally the paint keeping the walls from crumbling. There is also rising damp causing the walls to flake & crumble. Bricks have fallen off the outside wall due to the cement failing. From our experience of having owned over 9 properties together and conduting major repairs on 5 of the properties, i can clearly identify interior building materials.
I don't know how this sand mixture (absence of adequate cement) could pass any quality control inspection.

M&T said that structure warranty has expired with the previous owner in 2014. But some faults you wont see until you start renovation, fixing of all faults (including broken plugs that are kept on 2 bolts instead of 4) and re-painting. And what kind of warranty let's cement disintegrate into the sand???

Just never buy anything built by M&T if you want to have safe home.

I think the company is doing an excellent job on the construction side of things. I spent the whole day on site-visit watching the good speed and quality of work they do.
