Great place for stocking businesses or for a monthly home stock up of essentials. Will definitely save a lot of money. However, you will need to sign up for a Makro card before reaching the till as you can't pay without swiping it first. We weren't told about this, but the process of getting it was quick and didn't hinder our trip too much.

Told there was no heaters of any kind available after being sent from port to starboard for more than 30min. Usual attentive staff not so attentive today. End of a long long weekend maybe?

What can I say. they just have it all. You enter with a shopping list for ten items and end up with twenty in your trolley. Love the specials, always specials on appliances. Love the packs of chocolates. Fashion department has something for everyone.

Lots of parking. A good selection of everything you need. Some goods prices are a bit more than elsewhere so just be aware not everything is at a good price.

Good Day i know Makro like many other stores are very busy during the festive season, but seriously customer service sucks big time. called a few times, front desk put me through to the required department, waited patiently for not one person to answer then for call to be cut off all the time. I normally shop for our business but will not be doing so from Makro in near future. regards Liz (does not deserve a star at all)

Still awaiting for my online order at this store to be completed after almost two weeks of waiting nobody has even got back to me to tell me how long all they say is that Montague gardens will be receiving stock soon of the Xbox one S console but no date does Montague gardens not know their stock delivery dates from suppliers or what. It's been the worst shopping experience ever! My order number is MAK720467.

This makro is always here to support me, as i am there to support them. One of the best suppliers in my business and always ready to solve issues and negotiate on price. RECOMMENDED

Very friendly and helpful floor staff especially since it was right before closing. Considering the past weekend of shopping, all the shelves were still properly stocked. The staff member at checkout might as well been mute and didn't properly return the greeting I extended.

Great Makro but the outsourced coffee shop is absolutely awful food is gross service is appalling, staff and manager have absolutely no clue what they are doing. Sadly we will never go there again. No Apology. Makro you need to do something!

Spacious Queues can be scary but generally move fast. Parking generally good. Stock mostly what one goes for.

The service is great even when it's full. Prices reasonable and it's clean & neat. On your birthday month they give you a Voucher ❤

Lovely place for bulk shopping at good prices. Almost always a line but tends to go fast. Limited Hot food offered outside so makes for a quick lunch and shopping experience. Great parking guards.

Has a pretty much everything you need and can think of. Just avoid it at peak times as the line inside to pay is extremely long. More than 30 min.

Plenty of parking, good selection of a wide variety of goods. You need to know the prices of the goods you want to buy, they're not always value for money.

Makro is part of the international chain and a good destination for my household items and electrical items including computers and phones. Prices seem lower than elsewhere and it is simple to return items. You need to sign up for a Makro card to shop. When I forgot my card, staff were helpful and ensured that I could continue with my shopping. After an exhausting shop for electrical items I visited the onsite cafe and found the coffee to be fine. Snacks are also available including sugary iced gateaux. Large items can be delivered to your home and there are pick-up lockers to speed up shopping. Again there is lots of parking. During the week the store closes at 18h00 but at weekend when you are most likely to have the time to visit huge store the closing hours are 16h00 on Saturday and 13h00 on Sunday.

Wanted to buy an office chair. One lady, with an attitude in attendance. Waited for what seemed like hours for my chair. Apparently they had to get one out of storage. Lady in attendance was quite unpleasant. Reported her to customer services.
