  ..Although this was the only accommodation nearest to Tulbagh as we were attending the Christmas in Winter festival, we were not disappointed. Firstly we were allocated the Honey-moon suite so its obvious that my wife and I took full advantage of the unscheduled opportunity to celebrate our honeymoon again! Hahahaha! The suites decor was indeed very festive and very comfortable. And so was the breakfast room very welcoming and surely very neat and very colourful it surely added to the appetite. A full breakfast was served by very friendly hosts! The pool was sparkling even though it was winter! For us it was indeed memorable

  Had a lovely stay at Church Hills on a quiet winter weekend in August. Our experience was quite the contrary from that of the previous reviewer.
  We found the host extremely friendly and helpful, and the accomodation luxurious and very much to our liking.

  Not sure how this place qualified for four stars-giant crack in wall didn't bother nearly as much as no tissues, tiny little used-up towels, grottiest ketlle rendered useless with no plug point in sight and no milk for tea. This lady will have to up her game.
