World class conference space and hotel.

We hosted our inaugural Global Summit and the staff (Chris, Alex, and Portia) helped us turn the space into something magical. Plenary and breakout rooms were perfect and attention was paid to every little detail of the space. Thank you team for making our weekend one for the history books.

Wonderful view of table mountain by day and night from the rooftop bar you can see the bay and big wheel(15 min walk) . Watch for drinks offer on certain days buy one get one free etc. Order a taxi here and note the name & where the rank is. This is the best way to get places. As usual the red bus is a must and brilliant. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Food is of a high standard and variety. Wifi works well and is included. Parking is inside the hotel and by lift to rooms. Your room card works the lift so security is ok.

Lovely place, enjoyed my time there; note to those who invited me, never invite a hungry man to a high tea.. hahaha
We prefer solid meals.
Will definitely visit again but not for tea exceptional set up!!

The hotel had a picturesque mountain backdrop & surrounding vineyards. Lovely well kept & maintained gardens. Our room was in the vineyard block with views to the gardens. The room itself was nothing special & badly lit as are so many hotel rooms. The other reason not to give 4* was the food quality like other hotels on this tour not memorable & bland & under lit restaurant, perhaps they did not want us to see what we were eating, slow service as staff were thin on the ground. Could have been better on our 2 night stay if the room & food had mirrored the the building & the scenery.

What a beautiful hotel, a great restaurant, bar food and breakfast were just as good. The staff were super friendly and really made our stay special, the rooms were clean & nicely decorated, the grounds are perfectly kept and make the whole setting of the hotel great. I’d happily stay there again.
> Cons
Hotel is a Little way out of the village, there is a Shuttle bus into town, we were not aware there was a cost for the bus and R140 for a 3 mins ride into the village is a little steep by SA standards, but it’s more the principle of not letting us know the cost. The bus was also 15 mins late which made us nervous of missing the start of our wine tour. We Uber’d back to the hotel from village for R34 which puts things into perspective.

Good hotel an easy 3 km from the town. Beautiful views of the mountain. If you book a garden suite, try to avoid 61 and 55 - they are close to the pool and restaurant and can be a little noisy. I love staying at this hotel for a Frranschoek visit. I’d recommend it.

Beautiful amazing property, pool, jacuzzi and tennis courts great for the family and food was extremely good. Room service was great. Bathroom a bit small but definately fit for purpose. Warm treating for manager. A definate must see!!!

Very friendly atmosphere. Warm welcome when you arrive. Information Desk available
for tour booking to wine estates. Excellent breakfast. Well appointed accommodation.
Room service very quick. Beautiful gardens
well maintained. Al Fresco meals served on the terrace .A well balanced children's menu.
If you want a relaxed weekend .this is the place to stay. 😜

The hotel room was awesome. Very spacious and a good bed. However the restaurant was a shame, the staff said we should make reservations for dinner but once we got there the place was empt, the menu cards had gone missing and a lot of dishes were not available. Not something I expected from a high standard hotel. The pool is nice and big, it's a little chilly but great for a cooling off dive.

Small detail is missing. No full length mirror in room or night light in bathroom. Soundproofing not effective. Disturbing at night.

Fantastic setting at the foothills of the Franschoek mountains. The Villa accommodation is extremely neat, clean, hygienic and spacious. It has two convenient levels - upstairs entrance with fully serviced kitchen, and lounge with DSTV. Downstairs has two beautiful and comfortable bedrooms - one double room and another twin room. The double room has its own en-suite. There's a separate toilet and bath (with shower). Aircons throughout. Very neat. Very friendly and hospitable staff, and housekeepers. Impressive!

Just got from a magical time spent here! THis place has it all, good food, good wines, spectacular views of Franschoek and friendly, professional staff to cater for all your needs! Rooms are spacious and comfy. The Camelot Spa on premises makes you feel like a god, especially once you've had one of their fully body massages and facials. With beautiful design and decor, this place is a must do!

Awesome accommodation in a picture perfect setting . Has a wonderful spa massage center. Ideal location to the city center and restaurants. Beautiful rooms . Not much in house eating options if one arrives late . Be sure to eat if arriving late. Friendly staff and very accommodating to the needs of the client. Would highly recommend.
