The place is beautiful, facing the city, harbour and mountains at the same time. Wheel chair friendly. Big open parking for free. Water saving sings in the bathroom, night pics on early hours of the 29 March 2018. The food was also good.

Used to be a very nice hotel but it seems like it is not being managed well anymore. The rooms are well equipped and most have great views of the mountain or the harbour. There is no fridge in the rooms. There are lot of small maintenance issues that need be sorted out. Staff are not well trained. The breakfast gets very busy if you go later and there are long queues for the egg station.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Look for Tania Louw, she is fantastic with the guests. Guess out her way to make you comfortable. The manager Moreen is great too. Very hands on

My 2nd stay at this hotel.
Another terrible experience. Check in was smooth this time around. I then decided to order room service. Nothing heavy, light meal..it took over an hour to arrive after i was told it would take 20min. Food arrived with no drinks how exhausting it is not to get your order correct after waiting so long. I'm done with this hotel 😢😣😉😢

A place of a difference. For Upper class and high tea. Rich and famous love this hotel. Back ground piano player playing while you enjoying your meal.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Check in was seemless with warm and friendly staff. Extremely helpful employees assisted us with all requests we had. The family room was spacious and clean. Basic breakfast menu as experienced at other Garden Courts but cant complain about the food. Ample parking available. Enjoyed the stay overall.

I really enjoyed my stay in there, as though it was planned, yet incidental!

The balanced nutritional food has got my digestive system on a cleansing circumstantial moment!!

The night & morning views from the balcony of Room 71 were just as enticing as the Hotel's Management and Staff personnel.

It's definitely a must call again, if I were to express my personal experience!!!

Everything needed for an overnight away from home. Good buffet. Only complaint would be that the gym equipment appeared to be on its last legs. Running machines in particular. Faulty 2 days on the trot

Overall, I was very pleased with my stay in this hotel. The hotel is a three-star, therefore you won't find the luxurious standards here, however, in my opinion it well deserves much appreciation in its own level. I liked breakfasts here. It includes very limited option, though. The hotel's not far from the city center. It took me ten minutes only to go to V&A Waterfront by an Uber taxi and cost around 35 ZAR(3 USD).

It was very nice ,but there were too many teenagers, as guests who had come to Capetown for sports. The hotel supper was very disappointing. The quality of the food was lower than that of a cafeteria. The room was great.

Basic room. It was clean. Very noisy in the passage, and the door shudders when another door is closed nearby. You can hear a hum in the walls and when nearby rooms open their water. The blue light that indicates time on the TV is very bright when all lights are off, this was annoying and I couldn't find how to put it off.
Room service was efficient but the steak was not worth the price. It was overcooked.
The staff were very friendly, happy to help and did provide me with toothpaste because I forgot mine :)

Good service by the staff, excellent breakfast! The staff Ought to protect guests especially when hosting big teams they tend to be noisy and interfere with the comfort of the other guests

Poor service, is a bad reflection of the Mandela legacy. Name should be changed. Takes too long to be attended to by the waiting staff. Food is above average though
